More 'speed kills' PSA ridiculousness. Be warned, it's a bit gruesome...

Yes, shame on you...because obviously a speed limit chosen 50 years ago to 'more or less' match the abilities of the cars of the day is still the clearly defined delimiter between "in control and doesn't kill children" and "reckless asshole".

Yes speed. Definitely no handbrake pulling involved to get the car to skid. None at all. I'm in support of cracking down on brain donors going way over the limit in residential areas but man this ad is almost as dumb as they are.
